WHY LAKE COMO?
One of the most beautiful lakes in the world
Lake Como, in Northern Italy’s Lombardy region, is an upscale resort area known for its dramatic scenery, set against the foothills of the Alps. The lake is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three slender branches that meet at the resort town of Bellagio. At the bottom of the southwest branch lies the city of Como, home to Renaissance architecture and a funicular that travels up to the mountain town of Brunate.

This is a beautiful ancient path partly on a slightly steep stone mule track which starts from the center of Varenna on Lake Como and goes all the way up to Castello di Vezio.

Monte Grona
A wonderful but challenging excursion for the view, starting from the village of Monti di Breglia. It is recommended to drive to the car park, the road is narrow and not in good condition.
